We had the suite which was airy with bath tub. The hotel staff was EXCEPTIONAL and welcoming.

The staff was very courteous and the service levels were remarkable. The ambience and upkeep of the property were top-notch. The fitness center and spa were excellent, and the food served at the restaurant was delicious. I also loved the attention to detail with amenities like rooms with a bath tub and a breakfast menu that included ABC juice. The hotel's location on the Mumbai-Kolkota highway, just on the outskirts of the city, was convenient.

All aspects of my stay were satisfactory, no improvements needed.

Worth its 5 stars. Deluxe & very clean hotel. Loved how the deluxe king room was arranged when we arrived. Stores and retail stores are near to the property. There was a buffet breakfast.

Located near the outer ring, the hotel offers easy accessibility to the city and airport, but away from the hustle of the market. The rooms are well-equipped with fresh water and tea/coffee kettle, and housekeeping staff are excellent. The hotel facilities include a nice pool area, gym, and great breakfast, making the stay comfortable and convenient.

At times, the room service can be slow and may result in luke-warm tea, which is unexpected.
